SMS Terms
Arandela & Co. Client Inquiry Alerts
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Get a text when your business receives a new website inquiry. These terms apply to the optional SMS notification service operated by Arandela & Co.
Who the service is for
Client Inquiry Alerts sends automated, informational texts to enrolled clients and authorized staff about new inquiries on their business websites. The program does not send marketing texts or enroll the visitors who submit those inquiries.
For example: “Arandela & Co.: New website inquiry for your business. Check your email for details. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
Choosing to receive texts
Use our client notification form to provide your details and select the separate SMS consent checkbox. Enroll only a US mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Each recipient must opt in for themselves.
SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. Email-only notifications remain available. Submitting a request does not activate texts immediately; we verify your client relationship and recipient details and confirm setup by email.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies with website inquiry activity. You may also receive enrollment, opt-out, or help confirmations related to this program. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Continue checking your email for inquiry details; texts are an additional notification channel.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you provide new consent. Opting out of SMS does not stop email notifications.
Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@arandela.co. You can also email us to withdraw consent or update your number. Tell us if you stop using an enrolled number so we can remove it.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, consent records, and delivery data, including processing by Twilio. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. A change to these terms does not extend your consent to a different messaging purpose.
